Wilderness Hotel Juutua

Choose the small but cosy Wilderness Rooms, the slightly larger Arctic Rooms or the more spacious Juutua Suites.  All are decorated in soft neutral tones offering a sanctuary of cosy relaxation after a day of adventure.    

A whole host of activities can be enjoyed in beautiful surroundings. Experience husky dog sledding, a Sami reindeer experience and exhilarating snowmobile safari to name but a few.  Back at the hotel, sauna facilities are available at KOSKI, located on the shores of Juutua River. This new addition offers two saunas, each with terrace access to its own private jacuzzi. 

Food is key at Juutua and fine dining with breathtaking views can be enjoyed at Aanaar Restaurant, open to both guests and the public. Aanaar tells the story of the northern wilderness through award-winning cuisine, creating dishes unique to Lapland.  The menu showcases the fresh local flavours, everything from lichen and the traditional Sami herbal plant, Angelica, to reindeer and the freshest fish from Lake Inari.  When choosing ingredients, organic is favoured and where possible, ingredients are sourced from local producers.
